I'm most of the way through the first chapter of "The Power of Now," and I have to admit that I am finding it a bit confusing. In a totally beating-around-the-bush kind of way. I'm going to give it a chance, though.
In the meantime, I am off to the gym!

I had the same experience when I tried to read it 5 years ago. I never even got close to finishing it but always hoped I would. Good Luck!
For real, it's befuddling. Ryan says it will be easier to digest if I listen to it rather than read it. I dunno.
